Your 5-Day Journey
From your arrival in Nairobi to your final game drive in the Masai Mara -- every day is crafted for maximum wildlife encounters and unforgettable moments.

Arrival and First Game Drive
Board a premier domestic flight from Nairobi into the rolling Masai Mara savannah. Settle into your riverfront luxury tented camp, then head out for an afternoon cat-tracking drive as the wildebeest columns move across the plains in their thousands.

Great Migration River Crossings
A full day dedicated to tracking the colossal wildebeest herds as they approach the Mara River. Witness the raw drama of the crossings from prime riverside positions selected by your expert guide. Zebras, gazelles, and wildebeest pour across the crocodile-infested waters in a never-ending stream.

Big Five and Predator Tracking
Traverse the Mara's diverse ecosystems tracking large lion prides, cheetah coalitions, and elusive leopards. Search for black rhinos in the dense thickets and massive bull elephants on the open plains. In the evening, savour a premium twilight sundowner on a private hilltop as the plains glow gold.

Full Day Safari and Optional Balloon
Begin with an optional hot air balloon safari at dawn -- float silently over the Mara as the sun rises and the herds stir below, followed by a champagne bush breakfast. Then a full day of game driving across the reserve's best wildlife corridors. Return to camp for a farewell gourmet dinner under the stars.

Final Game Drive and Departure
An early morning game drive captures the Mara at its most active -- predators returning from the night's hunt and herds beginning their daily migration march. Return to camp for a hearty brunch before your scheduled flight back to Nairobi, where your safari concludes with unforgettable memories.

What Our Guests Say

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
The peak river crossing season in the Masai Mara runs from July to October. During these months, the wildebeest herds concentrate along the Mara River, dramatically increasing your chances of witnessing crossings. We recommend booking 6-9 months in advance for prime season dates.
Your package includes a return domestic flight from Nairobi's Wilson Airport to the Masai Mara airstrip (approximately 45 minutes), subject to quotation and availability. Our team will meet you at JKIA upon your international arrival and transfer you to Wilson Airport for your connection.
We recommend neutral-coloured clothing (khakis, olives, tans) for game drives, a warm layer for cool morning drives, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, binoculars, and a camera with zoom lens. Avoid bright colours and camouflage. A light jacket is useful for evening game drives.
Applicable Masai Mara National Reserve park fees depend on your itinerary and quotation — your specialist will confirm exactly which authority charges apply to your trip. Everything is pre-arranged so you can focus on enjoying your safari.
Absolutely. The optional hot air balloon safari is available on Day 4 of your itinerary (separately quoted). You will float over the Mara at dawn followed by a champagne bush breakfast in the bush - an unforgettable experience we highly recommend.
Yes! This safari is suitable for all types of travellers. Solo travellers are welcome (single supplement applies). Families with children aged 8+ can be accommodated, and we can tailor game drive durations and activities to suit younger travellers.
